Nick Angell - Windsor

Nick Angell - Windsor

Nick Angell, BSc, MSA, MCPM, PMP® is an `Outstanding Professor` award winner, and a naissance Senior Advisor / Instructor supporting the Project Management Masters Certificate Program for the Atocrates Centre for Project Sciences, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario. With over 25 years of experience in industry he is very knowledgeable and extremely well liked by his students and clients. You could say that he is passionate, enthusiastic, and maybe even infectious. Nick’s background covers the health, automotive, and energy sectors thus providing students with a bevy of war stories to enhance their understanding and learning. 

He continues to deliver the MCPM module 1- Introduction to the PMBoK®, and MCPM module 3 - Project Leadership & Team Development.  In his spare time Nick loves to golf and in sport, like his career, he is very good.


Ron Babin - Toronto / International

Dr. Ron Babin, MBA, DBA, CMC® is an Executive Consultant providing Strategic Management Advising & Consulting counsel for Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialists™, as well as serving as the chair of the strategic management team for Atocrates Project Sciences International. He is a senior IT management consultant.  Typically, he will assist client executives such as the CEO, CFO or CIO to improve IT capabilities within an organization, and to improve business enablement using IT.  Ron combines business and management knowledge with an understanding of IT capabilities and practices.  He has assisted clients in many industries including retail, distribution, manufacturing, financial institutions, communications, government and education.  His experience includes IT strategy, assessment, governance, benchmarking, project planning and execution, data center evaluation, requirements definition / engineering, outsourcing reviews and vendor evaluations.  Dr. Babin is an experienced teacher / facilitator and is committed to development of both students and client executives regarding IT management.  

He has delivered IT management courses at the University of Toronto, York University and Ryerson University. He is an advisor for the IT program at Ivey School of Business, for the IT Management program at Ryerson University and for the IT program at Sheridan Polytechnical Institute.  He also judges the MIS case competition at the annual Inter-Collegiate Business Competition at Queen’s University. 

Dr. Babin is  currently an assistant professor and interim director of the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management at Ryerson University. He received his MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Manchester, UK.


Christine Beaulieu - Montreal / International

Christine Beaulieu, MBA, PMP® provides leadership as Program Director, French / bilingual Business Analysis and Project Management programs for Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialists™, as well as serving as a key member of our strategic management team. She is an experienced information technology executive with more than twenty years of expertise in the management of large IT departments and in the implementation and management of information systems. Through these years of experience she has acquired a strong understanding of business functions and processes, particularly with respect to retail at both the operational and administrative levels. This broad understanding of retail business qualifies her as a business generalist. 

Christine is known for her management skills, particularly regarding a managerial approach that rallies employees around projects of different size and scope. She holds a certification in professional project management and participates actively in project management training. 

Christine is Director of the Masters Certificate in Business Analysis program at Laval University, a certified member of IIBA® as well as vice president, marketing and communication, for the IIBA® Montreal Chapter. She specializes in project management (consultant and trainer), business analysis (consultant and trainer), change management, process re-engineering, business mergers and acquisitions (integration and process review), and IT strategic planning.

Pierre Boivin, PMP® is a Senior Advisor / Instructor with Atocrates Project Sciences, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™. He is the founder and first Director of the Masters Certificate Program at Laval University, in Quebec City, Canada, a former Director of ProjectWorld Montreal and former President of IFGP (L’Institut de formation en gestion de projets inc.). A proven senior business management executive and consultant with over 30 years of practical experience in various aspects of managing projects, he was particularly active in the areas of marketing, corporate communications, administration and human resources. He has a solid track record of achieving project results in his career in commercial airline marketing, medical device manufacturing sector and in the petroleum industry. He has performed for over twenty five years at the president and vice-president level of companies in both the private and public sectors in Ontario and Quebec. 

He has been involved in senior consulting work in the last 18 years. He has conducted over 500 public and in-house seminars on project management since 1992 in Canada and in the Unites-States. He has also been a frequent speaker on project management in Canada, France, Morocco and Algeria. Pierre studied Management, with a major in marketing at Concordia University in Montreal. He is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and has been accredited in Public Relations (APR) and as a Certified Administrator (C. Adm.). He is a former member of the board of directors of the Project Management Institute in Montreal. He has also served as a director of other corporations.

Robert E. Broadbent, BComm, MBA, PMP® an award winning Senior Advisor / Instructor, Project Management, with Atocrates Consulting Services, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, where he provides consulting relating to the strategic alignment and integration of project / program management learning initiatives within the client's environment. 

He is a certified adult educator and specializes in the delivery of Strategic and Financial Management programs such as Project Cost Management, Understanding Project Economics & Politics, Acquisition & Procurement Management, RFP and Proposal Development, Professional Performance and Responsibility, and The Role of The Project Sponsor. Bob served as a Principal Consultant with one of the major management consulting organizations. He has also worked with corporate finance, business development and a new corporate project management office for a major international corporation. 

Bob received his MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), as well as, a past-president of the PMI® Durham Highlands Chapter.

Dr. Christine Brown, M.Ed, Ed.D, is an advisor / Instructor with Atocrates Consulting Services, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, supporting the Masters Certificate in Business Analysis program delivering `Business Analysis Modeling & Capstone Case Study’ and `Eliciting User Requirements’. Christine performs the role of Program Manager for the Ryerson University Business Systems Analysis course series, an IIBA® endorsed program where she is responsible for managing student enrollment, staffing, and administrative responsibilities for the course series, and representing the program at internal review process meetings. 

Christine has been responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating online, blended, and traditional classes for Ryerson’s School of Business.  Subjects taught include Destination Management Systems (for the school of Hospitality and Tourism Management), Systems Analysis and Design, Introduction to Business Applications (for the school of Information Technology Management) and Instructional Design (Adult Training certificate).  Courses she has developed have utilized many different pedagogical strategies, for example, using alternative forms of communication including synchronous and asynchronous discussion technologies and multimedia productions.

Ken Buchanan, MCITP, MCDBA, MCBA is the Senior Instructor / Solutions Architect for Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, supporting their Business Analysis and Project Management Masters Certificate Programs in the National Capital and Québec regions, as well as the Director - Canadian Operations / Solutions Engineer for TPG America. A graduate of the Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from the Schulich School of Business, York, Ken has worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for over 12 years.  In that time, he has worked on a wide variety of Projects, supporting many different clients.  He has experience working with Public Sector, Private Sector, Government and Non-Profit Organizations.  While dealing with these different types of organizations, he has specialized in Systems Improvements, Systems Integration, CRM Software Deployment, System Modeling and Training.  One of his passions is being able to help an organization realize systems or process improvements, allowing them to run their business more effectively.  Ken has also worked in Sales and Customer Support and served in the Canadian Armed Forces.

He specializes in requirements planning, testing and managing. 

Roy has managed a wide variety of business process simplification and improvement initiatives, including financial process streamlining, operations simplification, inventory reduction, order management optimization, call-centre consolidation, fit/gap analysis and process automation.

Robert Crandlemire, MBA, MASc, PgMP® provides leadership to "Program Management" consulting and training for Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, as well as serving as a key member of our strategic management team. Robert brings over 25 years of practical experience in both management consulting and the transformation of large scale business operations.  Many recent initiatives have involved complex outsourcing arrangements, large scale restructuring and technology enabled process change.  All have been business capability driven. By leveraging proven knowledge based analytical methods, such as those acquired through his past association with Meta Group (now Gartner), Robert has been able to bring a unique, informed and highly structured global perspective to all his engagements.

As a management consultant Robert has facilitated agendas for change.  Notable contributions have included a business plan to launch an internet retail venture, capital investment plans ranging to $240m, situation and due diligence assessments, outsourcing and collaborative opportunity evaluations, multi-enterprise process and technology reviews, and the facilitation of complex RFI/RFP based sourcing initiatives.

Sylvie Edwards, PMP® is the Masters Certificate in Project Management College Program Director, for Atocrates Centre for Project Sciences, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialists™, and a principal consultant / instructor for the Atocrates Masters Certificate in Project Management, as well as serving as a key member of our strategic management team. 

Sylvie is an expert project manager with over 20 years of experience across many industries including information technology, banking, government and the investment and securities sectors. She worked for a large consulting firm as their Manager for the Risk Management Practice managing multi-million dollar client projects requiring her expertise in process and methodology development. Sylvie specializes in project feasibility and project rescue consulting. 

Sylvie is a member of the Project Management Institute, has PMP certification, along with credentials in staff training and development. She currently serves on the Board of the PMI Durham Highlands (Ontario) Chapter as Past-President and VP of Professional Development.

Cheri Essner, MCPM, PMP®, MCBA is a consulting Project Manager and Instructor with the Atocrates Centre for Project Sciences, a recent addition to Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™. Her professional journey has resulted in 20 years experience conducting projects following strict regulatory requirements. Successfully managed many projects with budgets greater than $1,000,000. Cheri is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) dedicated to the growth and expansion of the profession in-part through the delivery of the Professional Performance and Responsibility module of the Atocrates Master Certificate in Project Management program at Durham College. She is currently studying for a ITILF designation followed by achieving the designation of Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). Cheri is a team player that is able to see the big picture, break it down into manageable pieces, while providing a cohesive working environment.

Several of her project have been conferences, conventions and trade shows for physicians where she planned and executed, monitored and controlled each projects budget, progress of events, negotiated contract for services, approved suppliers’ invoices, maintained financial records. She also coordinated the venues, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, and audio-visual, registration of participants, prepared programs, promotional materials, accommodations, transportation, entertainment and social gatherings for participants. One of Cheri's current assignments is Project Manager for the PMI Durham Highlands Chapter's 10th Anniversary Celebration scheduled for February 2012.

Jennifer Fetter, Hons BA, PMP®, MCPM+T, CSM® has been teaching with Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, for the Masters Certification in Project Management (MCPM) program since the fall of 2007.   Jennifer’s love and dedication for teaching has been recognized through several teaching awards including a Certificate of Teaching Excellence from Durham College in 2007-2008 and the Outstanding Professor Awards from Atocrates Centre for Project Sciences for 2009 & 2010.

Jennifer is a previous graduate from the Atocrates’ MCPM+T program (Masters Certificate in Project Management & Technology) and has maintained her PMP® status since 2005.  She is currently the Project Management Office Team Lead of non~linear creation’s (www.nonlinear.ca), where she monitors and manages large-scale website projects and/or programs for a variety of different customers and industry verticals.  In addition to her Project Manager role, she provides mentorship to the other Project Managers in the group on PM best practices and spearheads initiatives to make process improvements and innovative methodologies for NLC’s project management practices.  Jennifer contributes to the community through volunteer work with the local Durham Highlands PMI® Chapter where she holds the position of VP of Membership.

Ron Gavrin, PEng®, MBA, PMP®, RMP®, CCE®, CMRP®, CQA®, MRICS is a Strategic Consulting/Instructor and Program Director of Systems Engineering with Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, giving leadership to our Risk and Complexity initiatives. Ron has over 30 years technical and business experience, working in large industries across Canada, including Pulp and Paper, Mining, Petrochemicals, Oil Sands and Utilities. 28 years in Ontario Hydro/OPG included positions as the Business Superintendent for Darlington Nuclear Station and Project Controls Manager for Major Nuclear Projects. 

Ron currently consults and teaches/trains about business processes (eg project management, plant management, mentoring, infrastructure, etc) and is adjunct faculty at the University of Waterloo. Ron also mentors in project management and provides orientation for new immigrant professionals. He is on the Board for the Hamilton Chapter of the SMRP. 

Ron is certified by PMI® in Project Management, and Risk Management and by AACE® in Cost Engineering. He is a Quality Auditor and certified in Maintenance and Reliability practices. He also teaches English as a Second Language to immigrant professionals. He has published and presented several papers:  Nuclear Plant Management using Project Management Techniques, Nuclear Estimating Under Great Uncertainty and Mentoring Programs.

Trijntje (Tena) Lush Hofstede, RPN, MCPM, MCBA, CLP is Co-founder, President & Chief Executive Officer providing Executive and Business  leadership to Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialists™. Tena also leads the Atocrates Organizational Culture & Human Performance program including Project Professional Evaluations and Assessments. She is a highly skilled career professional with over 35 years practical experience in hospital, home health, and treatment centre environments. She is computer skilled, managing heavy daily client/patient volume including assessment, counselling, appointment scheduling, and client/patient referral. Tena is proficient in all documentation/record maintenance/paperwork to ensure accuracy and client patient confidentiality. She is skilled in all major practices and procedures performed within the nursing / addictions environment. She was a key team member for the re-engineering of Lakeridge Health’s Pinewood Centre. 

Tena graduated from the Ontario College of Nursing in 1966; Holds a McLaughlin Masters Certificate in Project Management from Durham College; A Schulich Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from York University; Is an accredited Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery®,  and gives direction to our strategic partnership with Insights Training and Development of Toronto and Insights Global of Dundee, Scotland. 

In July 2008 Tena received the inaugural Terry Clark Memorial Award for her distinguished contribution to the continuous improvement of the Schulich Masters Certificate Programs in Business Analysis and Project Management at York University. Tim Hannan, Hons BA, MCBA, CBAP® joined the Atocrates team, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, as a part-time instructor after completing the Atocrates Masters Certificate in Business Analysis (MCBA) at Schulich Executive Education Centre in 2007, and obtaining his IIBA® Certified Business Analysis Professional ( CBAP® ) accreditation,  Tim has been a instructing the 'Requirements' Module of the Atocrates Masters Certificate in Business Analysis at Durham College in Oshawa, ON since 2008.  Outside of Atocrates, Tim has been with RBC for 22 years working in varied management positions including: retail branch manager, capital markets back-office, and foreign exchange operations.  For the last 15 years Tim has worked in the project space at RBC as a Business Systems Analyst, Project Leader, and for the last four years as a Sr Business Analyst.  Because of his superior level of work and passion for continuous improvement, Tim was recently promoted to 'Requirement Centre Manager' at RBC. He has worked on data-intensive profitability-calculation projects, on large Beta partnerships between RBC and NCR/Teradata, as well as on market & sales planning tools.  Recently Tim has gained expertise in the area of Identity & Access Management, helping build up new enterprise-wide applications that support Privacy & Information Risk Management initiatives.  Tim was a 2010 winner of the prestigious RBC Technology & Operations Silver 'STAR' award.

While attending University of Toronto, Tim joined the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves and trained as a paratrooper with the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada.  After an obligatory year in the ranks, Tim trained for eight months to become an Officer.  Typical of a junior officer in the Armed Forces, Tim held many leadership, training, recruiting and administration positions; his nine year part-time career ended with Tim in the Toronto Scottish Regiment.  Tim remains active in the associations of both these fine old Toronto regiments, as well as the U of T Phi Kappa Sigma Alumni association.

Tim volunteers business analysis, training structure and organizational skills to the Perinatal Bereavement Services of Ontario (PBSO; a charity that provides training to nurses, maternity ward staff, and funeral directors, as well as direct support to families that have experienced infant loss).  Tim is also the Financial Secretary of the Durham Region Knights of Columbus Rogers TV BINGO which raises over $150k per year for a spectrum of charities operating from Pickering to Newcastle.

Tom Jaeger, MCPM, is the most recent addition to the Atocrates team, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, after completing Atocrates Masters Certificate in Project Management at St. Clair College in 2007.

Tom’s 18yrs of project management experience covers a wide range of industries. As an engineering manager, Tom led multiple project teams to design and develop new products, conduct research, and create new patented technologies, for robotic welding industry. Tom is now a product manager for his organization, working within the key global welding market segments, conducting detailed industry analysis in order to provide direction for strategic product development projects. His many project management roles have provided him with opportunities to gain insight, and experience in China, UK, and Sweden, Mexico, and as well as all over North America.

Tom is serving member of the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve as an infantry officer. He joined the Essex and Kent Scottish Regiment in 1985.  Throughout the past 26yrs he progressed through the Non-Commissioned ranks, to Sergeant, a rank he held for 10yrs. Tom was commissioned in 2001 as an officer.  He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant, and is 2nd in command of the Alpha Company mission element. Tom is responsible for leadership and training, and administration for all the soldiers in the company. His foreign tours of duty include the United Nations Force in Cyprus, UNFICYP, 1993. Tom’s military career progression has been the result of continuous training at Canadian Forces Battle schools, targeted to develop and apply key skills sets, required to be an effective infantry leader including; strategic and tactical level planning, mission and risk analysis, resource management, and training program development.

Tom enjoys boating, golf and has recently taken up scuba diving. He is looking forward to working with the Atocrates team to foster the skill sets of future project managers.

Anthony King, CET, MCPM, PMP® is a Program Director with Atocrates Consulting Services, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, where he contributes as a lead consultant in systems engineering and project management. Anthony has considerable expertise in managing projects in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, consumer electronics and defence programs. 

With over 12 years of experience, he as worked for large and medium sized Fortune 500 corporations managing projects in excess of 1.5 Million dollars. In particular, Anthony has worked closely with the US FDA (510k), Health Canada, CSA and the European Medical Device Directives (CE) enabling the harmonization of worldwide regulatory standards for electrical devices. He has been contracted by multinational corporations to set up and manage their quality and regulatory projects. 

Anthony is also a highly regarded Principal Instructor with the Atocrates Centre for Project Sciences teaching in both the Masters Certificate in Project Management (Project Leadership & Team Development) and Masters Certificate in Business Analysis (Business Analysis Communication & Relationships Management) at Durham College. Anthony is a member of the Project Management Institute and has obtained his PMP® and MCPM certifications.

Douglas D. Land, MCPM is Senior Vice President and Program Director, Western Canada for Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialists™ and provides leadership for our project management work with MMPI Canada, as well as, serving as a member of the Atocrates strategic management team. Doug teaches project management and team performance for both in-house and public programs. More recently he has won Outstanding Professor awards for his delivery of “Personal and Team Communication in a Project Environment” to project managers and “Communications Input: Questioning, Listening, Facilitating and Managing Conflict” to business analysts.   

Doug has an extensive background as a Project Manager, Business Builder and Business owner. He has worked as a Senior Manager in both the public and private sectors. He is an associate instructor with the BC Government's Procurement and Contract Management Program (PCMP) and also teaches Project Management throughout Canada and the USA .

Doug's background includes extensive contract management, both as a seller and as a buyer. His methodical and disciplined approach to large Procurement Projects has been developed in the real world of contracting in both a corporate and governmental environment. He has successfully managed a number of large construction projects, business development projects and cross-cultural projects.

He is a seasoned instructor and engages his audiences with humor and real world advice. Combining his business experience with his training skills, he has helped hundreds of individuals reach new levels of effectiveness and excellence. He Holds a McLaughlin Masters Certificate in Project Management from Durham College; a graduate of the Banff School of Advanced Management and is a member of the Project Management Institute.

Dr. Bud Lush, M.Sc, Ph.D, FRCPM, CLP is Co-founder, Chairman & Chief Technical Officer providing Strategic and Technical leadership to Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialists™. He is a multiple award winning international consultant/instructor.  He has over 35 years direct working and teaching experience in integrated systems program management, corporate-enterprise wide project management, new product development initiatives, battle management / command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (BM / C4ISR) management systems. Bud has designed project management processes and control systems in many sectors including automotive, petroleum, aerospace and defense involving technologies such as robotics and automated guided vehicles (AGV’s). He frequently advises and consults in the areas of systems thinking, systems design, strategic analysis and planning, operations reviews, and organizational development. Dr. Lush has been a guest simulation designer/lecturer at the U.S. Defense Systems Management College, and USC's Institute of Safety and Systems Management.  He holds an M.Sc in systems engineering and a Ph.D in systems management. 

Bud is the creator of Canada’s first Masters Certificate in Systems Engineering in compliance with the INCOSE® standard and a founding faculty member, primary technical content producer of the Centres of Excellence in Project Management and Business Analysis at York University. He was the Sponsor/Founder and First President of the PMI Durham Highlands Chapter based in Whitby / Oshawa Ontario, Canada. Bud is a member of PMI®, INCOSE®, IEEE® and IIBA®. He is an accredited Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery®.  Bud is the author of many articles delivered at conferences & seminars throughout North America and Europe. In the past three years Bud has been sought out as a keynote speaker at annual general meetings for medium to large institutions and corporations. 

In his private time Bud has the distinct privilege of serving Hector, the Chief of "The Honourable Clan MacAulay" as his Chieftain and High Commissioner in Canada. In August 2010, Bud and his Wife Tena opened a Bed & Breakfast called "The Tulip & Thistle" ... a LUSH Retreat.

David Mitchell, BComm, FICB®, MCPM, PMP® is a Senior Project Manager / Consultant with Atocrates Consulting Services, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, with 30+ years experience in project and delivery management for the Banking and IT sectors. He has extensive experience in Project and Program Management in the IT field more specifically in Data Management. In his recently completed 34 year career with RBC he has had roles in Branch Administration, Commercial Centre Operations, Computer Support, Computer Based Training, Management Information as well as Data Warehousing. There were several significant accomplishments such as the role of Business Project Manager for the construction of a data base of all business clients used by several thousand users to better serve small business, commercial and corporate clientele. That PM development role evolved into a management support role which included the development and execution of a database usage training program for approximately. 200 active users of the database.  

In his role of Program Manager, Data Warehousing initiated several programs that have evolved and contributed significantly to the growth and effectiveness of the Enterprise Data Warehouse for the business users. Not the least of which was to bring in PM methodologies and initiate ‘projects’ for each request made by business units to add source systems data to the Warehouse. The last 9 years of his career with RBC has been spent as Project Manager on key initiatives for Risk Management, Fraud Management, Cards Management, Personal Finances, Financial Management and Capital Markets. 

One of these initiatives for Fraud Management won an International Finalist and International Top Award for effective use of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence respectively, whereby the required data was populated to the Warehouse and used in a Business Intelligence application flagged a potential $110MM in possible fraudulent activities in its first year of operation. David is a sailor in his spare time on his cherished Céilidh II.

Jim Ouellette, MSc (PM), PMP® is the Principal Advisor / Instructor for Atocrates Consulting Services, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, supporting their Business Analysis and Project Management Masters Certificate Programs in the National Capital Region with a 30-year record of successful project accomplishments. Jim’s management experience includes the establishment of complete project management and requirements management environments within various Government of Canada departments He has managed over 12 real-time and business IT system development projects within the government and private sector. He is seasoned in communicating with senior management, clients and large groups and is particularly effective at building productive relationships with clients and project teams. He has over 7 years of teaching experience four of which were fulltime. He has developed and taught numerous different courses in software and computer engineering and project management. Jim holds a Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of Quebec and is a PMI® certified Project Management Professional. 

Jim has comprehensive software-engineering skills acquired through participation in 12 software development projects. He has demonstrated technical capabilities in all areas of systems development including planning, requirements definition, design, coding and all levels of testing. He has a proven ability to grasp and effectively utilise new information technology concepts and tools. Jim’s technical skills include business, real time and embedded systems, various operating environments, and programming languages, as well as various software engineering models, processes, tools and standards. Debbie Showler, Dip HR, MCBA is Chief Business Analyst and Program Director for Atocrates, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialists™, as well as serving as a key member of our strategic management team. She is also a principal instructor supporting our Business Analysis Masters Certificate Programs. 

She has over 15 years experience in the project environment primarily within the heavy manufacturing business sector performing as Project Manager, Advanced Business Analyst and Business Process Manager. Debbie is sought out as a subject matter expert leading strategic development, execution and operational optimization, as well as in customer management to support technical reviews and to define business utilization across the enterprise. She specializes in Customer Relationship Management, Creativity and Innovation, Quality Processes and Marketing Communications (Creation and execution of Communication Strategy and Plan). 

Debbie is a Certified Master Trainer in the Buzan Mind Mapping process, and is an honours graduate from Durham College, University of Ontario, in Human Resources Management. She contributed her mind mapping diagraming to her friend and colleague Jamie Nast's first book "Idea Mapping: How to Access Your Hidden Brain Power, Learn Faster, Remember More, and Achieve Success in Business" (published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.) was released September 20, 2006. It is currently being sold around the globe and is either translated or being translated into Arabic, Russian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Japanese, and Korean. 

Debbie won the top ‘Instructor in Business Analysis’ award from the Schulich School of Business, York University and its partner universities for the past four consecutive years.

Vigneux, BArch, FM, MCPM, PMP® is an award winning Senior Advisor/Professor supporting the Project Management Masters Certificate Program, Atocrates Centre for Project Sciences, Canada's Project & Organizational Performance Specialist™, as well as a Professor in the Building, Design & Construction Technology Department at St. Clair College. Tina as Program Director gives leadership to the Atocrates Masters Certificate in Project Management for General Contractors (MC4GC).

She is a competent and enthusiastic instructor with an aptitude for performing under pressure demonstrating a proven ability to work successfully with students, facilitators, customers, suppliers and industry professionals bringing projects from concept to completion.
