Education and Training
A multi level program of education and training is offered by Atocrates, Inc. focused
on Project Management Office Software (MS/Office & MS/Project’98); The original
and highly successful Atocrates Project Integration Management Simulations offered
at all three levels of a project manager’s development (i.e. -Fundamental, Advanced
and Master); A university or college hosted "Masters Certificate in Project Management",

Evaluation and Assessment
Atocrates, Inc. provides Project Manager assessment services that focus on project
management Knowledge, Skills and Leadership at the Fundamental, Advanced and Master
levels. Each project manager’s performance is measured against a Fundamental, Advanced
or Master baseline composed of 24 major categories, 8 each for knowledge, skills
and leadership, representing 144 specific competencies. Scores are developed and
an average or index produced for each project manager which is then compared to
the Atocrates 100 Average, (a database of greater than 200 project managers from
all over North America ). We believe assessments are the first & best step in
the process of allocating your annual project management training and development

The Atocrates Framework supports all phases of a project life cycle, using tools
that integrate with the Microsoft Project application. The framework also supports
the integration tasks that must be performed to insure that the infrastructure needed
to support an initiative is in place. Key features of the Atocrates Framework and
approach include: Using an extensive approach which integrates business process
with systems and technology from the initiation stage through each phase gate. Recognizing
various implementation issues such as: culture, infrastructure, client requirements,

Simulation Development Methodology
Atocrates develops workflow simulations for its customers by using a collaborative
approach with the customer to ensure workflow content is accurate, storyboards flow
in the correct sequence, and learning objectives and outcomes are accurately established.
Our project teams consist of experienced Instructional Designers who create storyboard
content with input from the customer’s subject matter experts (SME’s). If required
we use Multimedia Designers and Web Developers who apply their talent to bring storyboards
to life. We apply Atocrates’ proven simulation systems theory to ensure simulations
work within the customer’s technical environment.
Coaching and Mentoring
Atocrates, Inc. believes in innovation and freeing up resources from recreating
project management approaches that have been written about and summarized in numerous
books, methodologies, and tools. We have condensed these best practices and approaches
and have them in our kit bag. All your staff have to do is place a call and no matter
what phase or need they have in their project, Atocrates Inc. has the resources
to help. All of the services that are listed on our WEB site are available through
our coaching and mentoring program. The difference is when you sign-up for our mentoring
and coaching program, your staff can use any or all of our services through e-mail,
phone support, facilitation or as part of their on-site team. They can choose the
approach they need and we will respond.
Project/Program Management Office Setup
The organization must decide on, and establish, a relevant project culture, style
and identity. An infrastructure must be defined and established that will support
and sustain the desired culture, style and identity. Consulting services are available
to review the current organization to understand at what level project management
has been adopted. (As-Is environment - PM maturity level). Once the review has been
completed, we work with senior management to identify the various options available
to them, based on their needs and ability to adopt change.
